The door leaf is made of two steel sheets mounted on a stable wooden frame and filled with high-quality polyurethane-based insulation for optimal thermal performance. An integrated bottom seal in the door leaf and a high-quality aluminum threshold ensure perfect sealing and protection against drafts.
The door frame is made of durable WPC (Wood-Plastic-Composite) and features an all-around gasket that provides additional protection against noise, drafts, and moisture. Before painting, the door frame is precisely customized to the customer’s wall dimensions for a perfect fit and easy installation. The material is also resistant to pests such as termites and is ideal for humid climates. The finish is completed with a UV-resistant premium coating, ensuring lasting quality and durability.
